1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The produce is damaged, spoiled, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The request for return or exchange is made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of farm produce, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishable items once delivered in good condition.
- Produce that has been partially consumed or altered after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and a description of the issue.

4. Resolution Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
