Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not watched more than 30% of the course content. Whichever condition is met first (7 days elapsed, or 30% watched) closes the refund window.

2. Live Classes

If you attend a live class session, that specific session is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund, regardless of the 7-day/30% threshold.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription charges follow the same 7-day/30%-watched rule, applied to the courses you selected for that billing cycle.

4. Combos

Refunding a combo purchase reverses access to all courses included in that bundle — it is treated as a single purchase, not per-course.
